She’s an easy talker.

Uh-oh, is it another body part that got away? It’s only a day after Halloween, after all. And the sentence, taken literally, means She doesn’t have her tongue in her pocket.

It doesn’t mean she has a loose tongue, either. That would be a gossiper, and she doesn’t indulge in such nonsense. This phrase means that she is an easy conversationalist, isn’t afraid to speak up in public, is eloquent and articulate.
