Another case of saying something negative when you mean something positive! (See this post for other examples.)

When you want to say that something was short and sweet, you say Ça n’a pas traîné: literally, That didn’t drag!

A train, un train, after all, is something that is dragged, right?

Et voilà! Ça n’a pas traîné, hein? There! That was short and sweet, eh?
